REFUNDS AND CANCELATION POLICY

MotionVibe is a software as a service (SaS) provided to health and fitness clubs. Services including terms of service are based upon the service agreement signed between MotionVibe and a client. These agreements can be unique to each client based on their needs and services used. 

REFUNDS: Being a service, MotionVibe bills according to services used by a client. If unsatisfactory services are experienced, MotionVibe will award credits off the current service agreement invoicing.

CANCELATION: Usage of services require an agreement between MotionVibe and clients, services can be month-to-month, or yearly.  In an event a client seeks to cancel MotionVibe services prior to their contract end date, the cancellation rate is outlined in the service agreement signed with MotionVibe.
